* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments and Workplace Assessments to support individuals in returning to work and life.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design evidence-based recovery plans using a client-first approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree-qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
* Provisional or Registered Psychologist with AHPRA (for Psychologists).
* ASORC or RCAA accredited (for Rehabilitation Counsellors).
