Our client in Goulburn is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team for a locum short-term contract with potential for extension.
Dates & Location: Contract Dates: 13 January 2025 – 13 February 2025 Location: Goulburn Positions Available 2 x RN Scrub Scouts or 2 x EEN Scrub Scouts 1 x Anaesthetic Nurse (RN) Scrub Scout Nurse DutiesAs a Scrub Scout Nurse, you will play a vital role in the operating theatre by: Preparing and maintaining a sterile environment.
Assisting surgeons and the surgical team during procedures.
Managing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Ensuring patient safety and maintaining aseptic techniques.
Conducting pre-operative checks and post-operative counts of instruments and consumables.
Anaesthetic Nurse DutiesAs an Anaesthetic Nurse, your responsibilities include: Preparing and maintaining anesthetic equipment and medications.
Supporting patients before, during, and after anesthesia.
Assisting the anesthetist with intubation, extubation, and other procedures.
Monitoring patient vitals and responding to emergencies.
Ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the perioperative period.
