The Opportunity:
The Proposition Value and Rewards Manager plays a key role in the execution of Bupa's network and partnership strategies associated with its ancillary product offering. This role is responsible for applying advanced analytical and risk management strategies in the development of propositions and rewards for ancillary partners and networks contracted to Bupa. The role will work closely with the Senior Ancillary Networks Lead as well as the Contracts and Accounts Manager to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership propositions across the Bupa Network. The role will also be accountable for the engagement of key peak bodies working to bring a clear benefit hierarchy through the participation in the Bupa Network.
What You'll Be Doing
Here's what you can look forward to in this role:
* Leads the creation and implementation and the ancillary network value proposition that will be delivered to the existing and proposed networked partners.
* Responsible for the creation, implementation and delivery of a loyalty and reward program that support existing and proposed network partners.
* Responsible for the development and execution of the provider engagement strategy through the relevant engagement of contracted providers and key representative bodies.
* Development and production of risk management strategies, reports, and analytics that demonstrate progression of the key initiatives
* Available as a key day to day contact for both Bupa people and allied health network providers
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
* Experience dealing with ancillary providers and/or contracts is desirable.
* An elevated level of risk management and analytical skills, with proven forecasting and reporting ability
* Experience in stakeholder relationship management strategy and execution
* Experience in liaising with external organisations/bodies such as professional associations
* Track record of achieving outcomes and deadlines in a high volume, pressured environment
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Be motivated and enthusiastic, able to work as part of a larger team and able to adapt quickly to demanding environments
* Strong negotiating skills
* High levels of computer literacy
* Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
