The Opportunity
Kickstart your career with the HLB Mann Judd Vacation Program! We're inviting students in their penultimate year of study to participate in our three-week formal paid learning experience, with opportunities available across our Winter 2026 and Summer 2027 Programs.
Our vacation employment program is designed to provide students with the invaluable opportunity to gain a unique insight and exposure to two disciplines of accounting, with the placement split between our Business Advisory Services and Corporate & Audit Services divisions. Throughout the program, you'll be paired with a mentor, receive support from HLB Mann Judd staff, and gain hands‐on experience through accounting tasks and case studies. By participating, you'll discover what it's like to work at HLB and assess if we are the right fit for launching your career. There's even the potential for an early offer of Graduate employment with us for 2028!
About You
* Undertaking an Undergraduate University Degree in Commerce or Business with an Accounting major.
* You will be in your penultimate (2nd last) year of study in 2026.
* Undertaking the required subjects to be eligible to commence the CA Program.
* A credit weighted average mark of 50% or above.
* Motivated and enthusiastic with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
* An interest in progressing your career with a leading Mid‐Tier Accounting Firm.
* Eligible Australian working rights.
