$58,000 – $65,000 per year + super + bonus

We are looking for someone with a great attitude who wants to work full-time (32.5 hour week) in a fast paced, exciting and friendly property management team. Our office is in Stepney and we manage a portfolio of residential properties and growing. We're a well-established team, looking for someone to take control of the office, trust administration and related functions of the group.

The duties will include:


• Daily rent receipting and processing of bills


• Processing lease extensions, charging of fees, updating expiry dates etc


• Assisting with mid-month and end of month processing, completing pre-checks etc


• Assisting property managers with following up invoice arrears, management agreements, lease renewals, bond lodgements, routine inspection letters etc


• In consultation with the Property Manager, arrange maintenance and repairs to properties under management


• Filing, scanning and other admin duties


• Reception relief duties, answering calls, processing general enquiry emails, mail


• Processing rent adjustments, fee refunds, changes of ownership


• Assisting with Payroll functions, eg bonus payment reports, inputting leave, hours etc


• Assisting with Sales Admin duties under the instruction of CEO/Sales team


• Contact point for IT related issues, software, hardware (Windows PC, Printers, iPhones)

To be successful in this role you must:


• Minimum of 3 years trust accounting experience, preferably with PropertyMe


• Have great communication skills


• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment


• Excellent time management and organisational skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Holding a property management licence would also be an advantage.

Our office hours are 9am to 4pm, with salary in range of $55,000 - $65,000 pa + superannuation (for 32.5 hr week) depending on experience. Flexible hours available, whether that's to work around school hours or wanting to start late or finish early.
