Project Marketing Professional - Residential Sector
This role offers exposure to high-performing sales teams, multi-channel campaigns, and end-to-end project management across residential projects. You will work alongside project directors to drive sales and marketing, lead innovative campaigns, and influence strategy to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with developers, architects, creative agencies, media agencies, solicitors, and other key partners to coordinate project deliverables.
* Manage sales and marketing campaigns, monitor lead conversion, and track performance metrics.
* Analyse buyer journeys, lead data, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations and optimise ROI.
* Assist with high-profile launches, client engagements, and promotions to drive sales growth.
* Maintain project websites, digital campaigns, property listings, marketing materials, and display suites to ensure a cohesive brand image.
* Generate regular performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements.
Essential Requirements:
* 3+ years in off-the-plan project marketing or a related real estate role (agency experience preferred).
* Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills to build effective partnerships.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach to drive business results.
* Highly organised with excellent coordination, time management, and reporting skills to meet project deadlines.
