Key Role: Parts Manager - Luxury German Marque
Job Overview:
This position will oversee all areas of the parts department across the workshop, operating front and back counter, warehouse, stock, online and trade.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective Stock Control and Ordering
* Delivering Exceptional Sales and Customer Service
* Managing Performance and Exceeding Targets
* Liaising with Customers, Sales, Workshop Teams, and Suppliers
* End-to-End Parts Ordering and Receiving
* Providing Spare Parts Support both In-Person and Over the Phone
* Generating Relevant Dealership and Factory Reports as Required
* Utilizing DMS and Computer Programs/Parts Catalogues
* Driving Online and Trade Sales Growth
Essential Qualifications:
* Must Have Experience as Automotive Dealership Parts Interpreter or Manager
* Ideal Candidate Should Be an Experienced Spare Parts Manager with a History of Success
* Strong Motivation to Exceed Customer Expectations
* Meticulous Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills
* Effective Communication Skills
* Strategic Focus and Ability to Develop Process Improvements
* A Strong Understanding and Proven Success in Targeting Online and Trade Customers
