**About The Role**
The ANZ Customer Experience Team is responsible for delivering seamless experiences for our customers through policy creation, product launches, automations and strategic initiatives. Uber thrives on continuous improvement for our customers and making data backed decisions which will essentially be done by you!
This role is perfect for those data and analytics gurus out there who love using data to create change and inform decisions on how the team and network operate. In this role, you will be answering some of the most asked questions in support. What is the value of good customer experience? How do we pick and choose who we spend the money on? And how do we create efficient processes without affecting our customer behaviour?
**Your Impact in Role**
- Diagnose opportunities for improvement - collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose root causes of poor customer experience and retention
- Experiment and implement - work cross functionally to test and launch scalable
- customer improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement - partner with other data gurus across the organisation to inspire change
- Data Analysis: You will be digging into data and understanding trends, A/B testing and how to display data in ways which are meaningful.
**The Experience You'll Bring**
- Experience in consulting, analytics or in-house strategy experience desired
- A true passion for data - SQL is required
- Comfort with ambiguity and hypothesis testing
- Good communication skills
- Experience with experiment design a plus
