Relief Building Manager
We are seeking an individual to cover leave and work collaboratively with experienced building managers across various residential assets in NSW.
* Cover existing building managers whilst on leave
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
* Manage multiple buildings across various sites as required
* Ensure common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation
* Provide superior levels of customer service
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in hotel or building security, building concierge, facilities management or operations. A trade background or understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cover Leave: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while building managers are on leave
* Liaise with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the property
* Manage Buildings: Oversee multiple buildings across various sites as required
* Maintain Presentation: Ensure common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation
* Customer Service: Provide superior levels of customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements:
