About the RoleAs the sole Tasmania-based Regional Manager, you will lead approximately over 10 stores and a team of just under 100 staff members across a well-established portfolio of apparel brands.
Working within a structured national framework, you will play a critical role in shaping team capability, elevating store performance, and ensuring consistent execution across people, operations, and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop Store Managers and broader store teamsDrive recruitment, induction, and ongoing succession planningAchieve sales budgets and key performance metrics across all storesManage wage costs, financial performance, and shrinkage controlMaintain visual merchandising standards and promotional executionFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementConduct regular store visits and guide operational excellenceAbout YouYou are an adaptable, hands-on leader with experience managing a comparable retail portfolio within Area Management within fashion, apparel, or a transferable big-box retail environment.
