QHSE & HR Digital Support Officer

TS Global is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-driven Digital Support Officer to assist our Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) and Human Resources (HR) functions.

This role is ideal for someone finishing a tertiary qualification who wants to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) knowledge and digital systems capability in a fast-paced, practical business environment.

What You'll Do

* Provide daily administrative and digital support across QHSE and HR functions.
* Manage document control and versioning through SharePoint and Microsoft 365, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
* Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview coordination, medical bookings, and induction processes.
* Assist with document design, formatting, and presentation to meet compliance and brand standards.
* Contribute to the ongoing upgrade and digitisation of company procedures and forms, ensuring system integration and ease of access across departments
* Apply Artificial Intelligence applications (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other generative AI tools) to:
* Draft, improve, and maintain company procedures, forms, and training materials.

* Automate routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and document creation.

* Create and manage smart templates and digital forms to improve efficiency.
* Summarise data and reports from audits, HR analytics, and compliance registers.
* Develop AI prompt libraries and workflows that increase accuracy and productivity.

What You'll Bring

* Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications and how to apply them in business operations.
* Experience or study in AI prompt engineering, automation, or process optimisation (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including document libraries, permissions, and workflows.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and self-manage workloads.
* A proactive, learning-focused mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience or interest in HR or QHSE systems (advantageous but not essential).
