This growing Global printing and IT Solutions Company is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Technician to join a supportive team in Canberra. This role involves delivering both remote and on-site technical support to clients across the Canberra region. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining printing and IT systems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful Field Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Responding to customer inquiries and diagnose technical issues across printing equipment and IT systems
* Performing on-site service tasks including consumable replenishment, parts replacement, and equipment handling
* Managing collection and deliveries within set timeframes
* Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
The successful Field Technician will have experience in the following:
* Demonstrated experience in a technical support, help desk, or field service role
* Exposure to printing technologies, IT systems, or related environment
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
* Valid Drivers licence
