About This Role

We are seeking a full-time professional to join our team in Bunbury, Western Australia. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with external stakeholders, clients, and care team members to promote our services and engage with existing clients.

* You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, care team members, and the office team.
* You will maintain effective relationships with external customers such as NDIS Support Coordinators.


Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing business growth, maintaining service hours, and assisting with new business targets while maximising individual funding plans. You will be required to work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality care and support services to clients.

This role involves working closely with clients with Acquired Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries to provide tailored support and care. You will also be responsible for mentoring or supervising teams to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.


Key Responsibilities:

* Building strong relationships with clients, care team members, and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining effective communication channels to promote services and engage with existing clients.
* Nurturing business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to achieve targets.
* Assisting with the development and implementation of individual funding plans to maximise client outcomes.
* Mentoring or supervising teams to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.


Requirements

* Proven experience in client-facing roles within the healthcare sector with a passion for networking and stakeholder engagement.
* Oversight of rostering experience.
* Demonstrated experience in the disability services sector (desirable).
* High degree of understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a busy team environment and independently to meet targets and deadlines.
