Role Overview The Head of Business at SCSA will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance and business functions within the College. Reporting directly to the Assistant Principal – Business, the role will be pivotal in supporting the College’s overall financial sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous growth. This position will work closely with other senior leaders and ensure the efficient and effective management of the College's business operations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Extensive experience in business management, operations, or a similar leadership role, preferably within an educational or not‑for‑profit setting.
Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent leadership skills, with proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Robust strategic thinking and decision‑making skills with the ability to manage complex and competing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
High level of organisational and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Highly competent with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Passion and commitment to the College’s mission and values.

Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current RRHAN-EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect) – this qualification can be undertaken once commenced at SCSA
