Disability Support Worker | Community Access Support | Randwick NSW
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
* Assisting with social and recreational activities.
* Implementing and monitoring practices that promote a healthier lifestyle.
* Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.
* This role involves working with participants with a range of needs, including both low-level support and complex care. Some participants may require assistance with medication prompts, while others may exhibit complex behaviours.
About You:
* Professional, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
* Experienced in disability or community care
* Flexible and available multiple days per week
* Driver’s licence and car insurance
* Experienced in medication administration
* Previous experience as AIN
Required:
* First Aid Certification
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Screening Check
* National Police Check
* Australian work rights
Job Types: Casual, Contract
Pay: $31.00 – $43.00 per hour

* Monday to Friday
* Long Hours Possible
