P&C; manager role, rebuilding the HR team, coaching the SLT in Sydney.

Working for a global technology business with offices across Oceania, APAC and ANZ. Working at the Sydney based HQ for ANZ supporting 250 + employees.
**Your new role**
- Reporting to a highly people focused Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the P&C; function for the business.
- You will be tasked with the rebuild of a team and embedding long lasting strategic people programs into the business.
- You will overseas all areas of HR, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, training, rem & ben, reward & recognition, employee engagement as well as ensuring operational excellence and advise on ER and compliance related work.
- You will mentor and management a small HR team.
- You will partner with a predominantly white-collar workforce including Finance, Sales, IT, Marketing, Engineering, Technology and others.
- You will design and delivery HR processes and procedures in line with global strategies and coach all levels of employees across Australia and New Zealand as well as work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to consult and advise.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will be an experienced HR Manager, People & Culture Manager who has led a company-wide people strategy and team previously.
- You will have developed and implemented strategic programs as well as be a hands-on operational HR advisor
- You will ideally have worked in an ANZ style role previously, partnering with a global head office be that APAC, US or EMEA
- You will thrive in busy fast-paced teams, enjoy business partnering and being part of an inclusive and collaborative culture
- You will enjoy working in the office as this is a full time office based role and won't mind a bit of travel nationally every now and then
