Geographe Ford Hyundai and Bunbury Volkswagen are seeking a Pre-Delivery Fitter to join our Service team in Bunbury. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and getting vehicles ready to impress customers on delivery day.

As a Pre-Delivery Fitter, your primary responsibility is to carry out thorough pre-delivery inspections and fit genuine and aftermarket accessories to new and used vehicles, ensuring every car leaves the workshop to the highest standard and in accordance with manufacturer requirements and OHS regulations.
You will report to the Pre-Delivery Coordinator and work closely with the broader Service team to ensure vehicles are prepared on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop & Fitment
* Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to manufacturer standards
* Install and fit genuine accessories in accordance with manufacturer instructions
* Fit aftermarket accessories as required
* Carry out minor automotive electrical repairs and fitments
* Maintain a clean, tidy and safe workshop environment
* Participate in OHS toolbox meetings and adhere to all safety procedures
Quality & Customer Satisfaction
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality
* Report any customer dissatisfaction or potential issues to your manager promptlyContinuously strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience through your work
Training & Development
* Undertake all training and development opportunities as directed by your manager
* Proactively identify any additional training needs and raise these with your manager
About You
* You are a reliable and detail-oriented automotive worker who takes pride in producing quality results and works well within a team environment.
* Experience in a similar pre-delivery, fitment or automotive workshop role
* Current and valid driver's license with the ability to drive manual transmission
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Highly Regarded
* Experience fitting genuine or aftermarket vehicle accessories
* Basic automotive electrical knowledge
* Familiarity with OHS requirements in a workshop environment
* Experience across multiple vehicle brands (Ford, Hyundai, Volkswagen)
