We're seeking a CA/CPA qualified accountant (or equivalent) with 4+ years' Australian public practice experience who wants autonomy, impact, and recognition for their expertise.
Equivalent qualifications to CA/CPA include a Bachelor's degree in accounting combined with relevant professional experience.

The Role
* Manage a diverse client portfolio (companies, trusts & SMSFs)
* Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns & BAS
* Deliver proactive tax planning, structuring & business advice
* Support clients with cashflow, forecasting & strategy
* Work within a collaborative, high-performing team
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with strong technical skills
* Confident communicator and relationship-builder
* Tech-savvy and organised in a cloud-based environment
* Essential Xero experience required
* Detail-driven, proactive, and advisory-minded
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
