About The Role
As a Site Services Operator / Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our site facilities and representing Coogee professionally during customer deliveries. This hands‐on role involves plant operations, product deliveries, laboratory testing, equipment monitoring, and adherence to strict safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate heavy vehicle to perform customer deliveries
* Operate plant equipment safely and in line with procedures and production requirements
* Conduct routine laboratory analysis, complete log sheets, and maintain accurate records
* Perform visual quality checks and ensure correct packaging and storage
* Monitor equipment performance and take action to prevent breakdowns
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping tasks
* Safely operate heavy vehicles and comply with the Drivers Handbook, ADG7 regulations, and Fatigue Management Policies
* Report any non‐conformance, hazards, or safety issues promptly
* Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
The successful candidate
We are looking for a driven and dependable professional, who has:
Essential
* Basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills
* Fire, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling training
* Forklift licence
* Manual vehicle licence
* Heavy Vehicle Licence (DG capability desirable but not essential)
Desirable
* SCBA training (Self‐Contained Breathing Apparatus)
* HRW licences – Reach Stacker, Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
* Chemical spill training
* Overhead Crane/Hoist training
* Intermodal Dangerous Goods Awareness
