About The Role As the Store Manager you are responsible in leading and operating the day to day operations of the store. You will set structured plans in place to successfully achieve goals, have excellent administration and computer skills along with a clear understanding of KPI's and sales targets. You will build strong relationships with your team and help to support them whilst training and developing them to achieve. You will be a hands on leader who leads from the front and always by example. You will create a fun working environment that is people focused.
