We’re on the lookout for an Restaurant General Managers & Assistant Managers to join their team at an exciting time of growth. This is a rare chance to get in early with a well-known brand as they expand across the Gold Coast and Brisbane - with genuine opportunities to grow and lead launches of upcoming openings. You’ll be helping manage a large team of 50 and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue. This role is all about growing teams, building business momentum, and getting ready to take on bigger leadership roles as the group continues to expand. The restaurant trades 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, driven by strong local demand and a loyal customer base, so you’ll be joining a venue that’s already thriving. What’s in it for you?
