The Role
We're now looking for an Account Manager to join our VIC Resellers Exteriors Sales team, based in Scoresby.
Reporting to the Sales Manager Resellers, you will manage and grow a portfolio of reseller distributors across Melbourne metro and surrounding regions.
This role drives growth across the Exteriors Product Portfolio, including brands such as Cemintel, Hebel, and AFS commercial solutions.
You will be the face of CSR with our customers, ensuring strong relationships, proactive engagement, and seamless project handovers.
This full-time position requires travel across VIC.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the Resellers segments
Build strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to secure specification and conversion to sales
Present the full CSR Exteriors portfolio, driving cross-sell opportunities across brands
Develop and implement growth plans with key customers to increase share of wallet
Provide competitor, pricing, and market insights to strengthen CSR's positioning
Maintain an active pipeline, call cycle and weekly reporting
Collaborate across internal sales, marketing, logistics and A&D teams to deliver customer outcomes
About You
You're a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in building strong customer relationships and delivering results in a technical sales & competitive market.
You'll bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, business development, or Reseller sales.
Proven track record in influencing, negotiating and growing revenue
Experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing materials sector (highly regarded).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage revenue budgets and deliver against growth targets.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong planning, time management, and reporting discipline.
A proactive, self-starting approach with a focus on collaboration and customer outcomes.
