You will represent and promote our Oncology portfolio, including bladder oncology, in a specialist hospital environment in New South Wales, Australia. Your responsibilities include developing territory insights, planning and executing sales strategies, and continuously improving business plans to meet and exceed customer goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory plans aligned with brand strategies.Engage with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and Urologists through multichannel resources, including face-to-face sales calls.Achieve or surpass sales targets by cultivating new and existing client relationships.Monitor market data to assess territory performance and identify opportunities.Minimum RequirementsPrevious experience as a hospital sales specialist.Knowledge of hospital processes and protocols.Strong clinical knowledge and ability to utilize it effectively.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.EducationBachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or an equivalent field preferred.Additional InformationFull-time, permanent position based in Australia.Field-based role in New South Wales with approximately 60% travel.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics.
