Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
* Administering medication and monitoring resident's health
* Encouraging residents to participate in activities and promote independence
Required Skills And Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing Support or Individual Support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work as part of a team and delegate effectively
* A passion for providing high-quality care and support to older adults
