About the Role
Reporting to the Category Manager, this role is responsible for owning the performance and growth across the Ramset product portfolio across ANZ. You will lead portfolio strategy, drive new product development and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
Own portfolio performance – Drive revenue, margin and growth through effective lifecycle and portfolio management
Lead innovation – Deliver end‐to‐end Customer Innovated and New Product Development (NPD) projects
Drive commercial outcomes – Execute initiatives to achieve P&L targets, including growth and simplification strategies
Collaborate cross‐functionally – Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Marketing to bring products to market
Strengthen value propositions – Ensure clear differentiation and strong customer value across the portfolio
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience managing product portfolios and delivering measurable growth outcomes
* Strong commercial and analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into action
* Demonstrated success leading cross‐functional projects and influencing stakeholders
* Highly effective prioritisation skills with an 80/20 mindset
* Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
