Housing construction projects consist of a vast range of designs across single and double storey homes.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Reporting to the Drafting ManagerProduce accurate working drawings for volume housing projectsEnsure all work is completed within set time framesEnsure conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirementsMaintain high levels of accuracyWork collaboratively with a supportive team environmentRole Requirements:MUST HAVE a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a drafter with a volume home building company.Intermediate to Advanced level drafting experience using AutoCADStrong time management and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsAbility to work well in a fast paced environmentProven track record within the volume home building industryStrong team playerAbility to meet deadlinesThe key benefits for you
