About the Role
Seeking an experienced Telephony & Voiceless Technology Engineer to join the team and play a key role in supporting, optimising and evolving the voice and collaboration platforms.
This role will suit someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving problems, and brings hands‑on experience across telephony, UC and voiceless communication technologies-particularly in migration-focused work.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting and managing telephony and voiceless communication platforms across the organisation
Delivering and assisting with migration projects, including on‑prem to cloud transitions and platform upgrades
Maintaining call flows, routing, numbering plans and user configurations
Troubleshooting complex voice‑related incidents and technical escalations
Collaborating closely with IT, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth change with minimal disruption
Documenting configurations, procedures and migration outcomes to support ongoing stability and improvement
About You
Hands‑on experience working with telephony, unified communications and voiceless communication technologies
Proven experience delivering or supporting voice platform migrations
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset
Experience working within enterprise-scale or complex environments
Confidence juggling both BAU responsibilities and project-based work
