Permanent position
Night shift hours: 6pm-6am
7 shifts/fortnight - great work-life-balance
Dandenong South location
Responsibilities
Oversee daily production processes to meet OEE targets and participate in toolbox meetings
Coordinate training to support team development, acting on feedback to drive engagement
Maintain a positive leadership style to nurture the existing continuous improvement culture
Strictly follow and drive all required safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
Formal qualifications in a Production or Manufacturing stream advantageous
Proven leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential
Proven knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing principles and a strong mechanical aptitude
Being a team player with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail
On offer
Night Shift Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am
7 shifts/fortnight - no Sunday work
$100k - $110k (negotiable) + shift loading + bonus scheme + super
