AFL Game Development Trainee
This role presents a unique opportunity for recent secondary school leavers to launch their career in the Australian Football League (AFL). You will gain hands-on experience, earn a nationally recognized qualification, and build a network of industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and lead AFL programs in schools and community venues to promote football development and engagement
* Mentor and support new casual staff during onboarding, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
* Communicate key messages with participants, parents, and schools to ensure clear understanding and alignment
* Liaise with teachers, schools, and stakeholders to identify and create new opportunities for football growth and development
* Support junior club Auskick centres with recruitment, volunteers, coaching, and promotion to strengthen local communities
