Opportunity for Graduate Nurses
Aged Care residence is seeking graduate registered nurses to join their team. The ideal candidate will have current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a registered nurse and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
* An understanding of professional, ethical and legal requirements as a registered nurse
* Ability to assess and develop care plans
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
