We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Product Support Advisor. In this position, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to our customers, enhancing the performance and reliability of our equipment.
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, supported by a relevant trade qualification and hands-on experience maintaining underground drilling or load and haul equipment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability and willingness to share your knowledge, lead, and mentor others.

* • Coach and mentor site-based technical personnel to enhance capability and performance.
* • Maintain appropriate stock levels, including critical spares, to ensure operational readiness.
