genU is looking for Support Workers who can team up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities.

What you'll do
* Support person‐centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and work to achieve them.
* Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration.
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed.
* Carry out administration duties and mandatory reporting.
What you'll bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Higher.
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience.
* Ability to follow Person‐Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes.
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities.
* Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
