What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Broken Hill Health Service Pharmacy department.
* Working with multi-disciplinary teams to improve clinical services and patient outcomes.
* Supervision and development of pharmacists, interns and pharmacy technicians.
* Growing our service to improve care across the district.
* Quality improvement activities, in collaboration with the District Director of Pharmacy.

Remuneration: $131831.77 - $135383.04 (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)
This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata'd to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria:
* Bachelor or Masters of Pharmacy (or overseas equivalent) with current unrestricted registration as a pharmacist with APRHA.
* Relevant clinical experience within a hospital pharmacy (or will consider expanded scope of practice experience from community pharmacy) .
* Experience supervising staff and managing a service/team.
* Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in quality improvement programs.
