Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely in a team of 5, 10 nationally & be based in their Richmond office on Swan Street.
**Please note this is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start, Mon - Fri, 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM & there is no work from home in this role.**
**About you**:
- **4-5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing/supply chain**:
- **2IC experience is preferred but not essential**:
- Time management skills and can adapt to change
- A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Confident with software and systems and exposure to Excel
