Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Job Description:
As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This includes maintaining detailed records, providing support to employees with payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and organisational policies.
* Process payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and regulations
* Maintain and update employee payroll records in our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Assist with preparation of payroll reports and audits as required, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, and regulations pertaining to Payroll
* Provide responsive support to employees regarding payroll, deductions, and payments, addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner
* Continuously review and improve payroll processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines
* Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
