Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse staff in the day-to-day operations
* Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, checked, and loaded by staff members
* Responsible for ensuring company vehicles are loaded in accordance with established guidelines
* Ensure staff adhere to and comply with company policies and procedures, including OH&S and HACCP regulations
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize productivity
