Opportunity
We are seeking a VP of Sales ANZ responsible for leading, managing, and delivering results through SaaS Sales Executives across various AMCS solutions. This high-growth region offers significant market expansion potential. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Region APAC.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of senior enterprise sales executives to meet individual and team quotas.
2. Collaborate with the GM to define and execute the regional sales strategy.
3. Negotiate and close complex transactions, developing executive relationships with key prospects.
4. Manage order forecasts and strategic sales activities, reporting to the Head of Region.
5. Oversee daily sales activities, pipeline review, and deal closure to ensure quota achievement.
6. Coordinate with pre-sales, professional services, legal, and customer success teams, influencing the product roadmap.
7. Recruit and select sales managers and executives within the territory.
Required Skills
* Minimum 5 years in sales management/leadership, with proven success in achieving targets, ideally in SaaS.
* Track record of closing significant deals with Tier 1 companies.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams.
* Excellent presentation and listening skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
* Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota management by product and territory.
* Motivated, disciplined, proactive, with a success-oriented attitude.
* Willingness to travel within the territory.
