We're seeking passionate, client-focused caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care and support to clients across the region.
Caregivers play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.
* Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
* Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
* Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
* Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.

Requirements
* Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
* Current Senior First Aid [HLTAID011], CPR [HLTAID009] and Manual Handling [HLTWHS005] (with 3+ months until expiry).
* A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence.
* Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
* Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for elderly clients.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards for home care.
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Understanding of person-centred care.
* Multilingual abilities are a bonus
