Key Responsibilities
This senior position requires a strategic thinker who can design and lead integrated campaigns, build meaningful relationships, and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing local business plans aligned with Thrive's ANZ vision.
* Collaborating with national teams on impactful global campaigns.
* Elevating Thrive's USPs, including dynamic culture offerings and PR, creative, social, and content services.
* Mentoring emerging leaders and fostering a culture of care, creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Senior leadership experience in PR, communications, or a connected industry.
* A mix of B2B and B2C consulting experience, ideally big brand, culture, and technology.
* Proven ability to design and lead strategy and execution across integrated campaigns.
* Exceptional relationship skills and a values-led leadership style.
