The successful applicant will be working at two of our hostels: Kennett Hostel in Stanwell Park and Woodlands Lodge Hostel in Wallsend. You will be part of a strong leadership team and corporate support team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient-focused approach to care.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality clinical care to residents with complex needs;
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans;
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive resident records;
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
