Our team seeks a results-driven Farm Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our broiler farm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing personnel and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive maximum productivity and liveability on the farm by implementing efficient production methods.
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with established health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Collaborate with the Farm Manager to develop strategies for farm operations and manage other areas of the farm as needed.
Required Skills:
* Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
* In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, WHS policies, and EMS procedures.
* Previous experience in livestock management, preferably in poultry production.
Essential Qualifications:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture or a related field (e.g., Certificate III in Poultry Production).
* A current driver's license with experience operating heavy machinery, such as tractors.
