What We're Looking For
Strong leadership experience within retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environments
Proven capability to support large teams and drive consistent performance
Confidence leading on the shop floor, providing coaching and guidance in real time
Ability to manage fast stock movement and maintain high standards of presentation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster within a 24 / 7 operation (three shift options available)
The Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations and driving a culture of service excellence.
You will coach and motivate your team, ensure smooth and compliant store processes, maintain accurate cash handling, and contribute to creating world-class shopping experiences.
Working within the newly refurbished retail footprint, you will help showcase premium products through elevated merchandising and customer engagement.
Your hands-on leadership will ensure the team delivers consistently high standards in service, merchandising, and operational discipline.
