We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team, specializing in Risk and Life Insurance advice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing annual risk renewals, preparing quotes, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
About the Role
* Manage the full annual risk renewal process, including renewing or amending policies, preparing quotes, and following up on overdue payments.
* Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, preparing insurance schedules for client meetings and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Seamlessly onboard new risk clients, meeting compliance and licensee requirements with accuracy and speed.
* Implement client risk strategies by preparing and submitting applications, managing documentation, and ensuring timely completion.
* Maintain up-to-date client files by managing risk records and data in Xplan and Worksorted systems.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience as a CSM investment with some risk or insurance provider administration, including underwriting, case management, adviser support, and similar.
* Direct experience dealing with clients in Australia.
* Implementation experience and working knowledge of FP systems, Xplan, or similar, and the MS Office suite.
