Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with Ability Action Australia, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of clients and deliver timely therapeutic services
* Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
* Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
* A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
