* Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment for graduate and experienced roles.
* Lead and support programs including performance reviews, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
This position requires a confident, people-first HR professional with strategic thinking and effective execution skills.
We are seeking an individual with a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and proven experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
A strong understanding of contemporary HR practices is essential, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for people development are also required.
