Responsibilities
You will work alongside the Head Chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue serves bistro style and full menu food, making this a busy and engaging position where you can showcase your culinary skills.
Qualifications
Trade qualified with at least three years' experience.
Robust work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Ability to produce consistent quality and maintain high attention to detail.
Positive and 'can do' attitude.
Own traditional uniform and knives.
Experience in quality à la carte dining.
Willingness to assist with menu planning and suggestions.
