The Role
We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. Your work will be varied and exciting. One day you might be supporting a participant on a day out to the beach, movies, or a sporting event. The next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home. Every day is a prospect to make a real difference.
What We're Looking For
* Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in high care, mental health, trauma‐informed care, or behaviours of concern
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates
* Full and clean Australian driver's licence and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
* Positive communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently
* Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Additional Requirements
* Right to live and work in Australia
* International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
