About the role Temporary part time opportunity to assist with organising, coordinating and evaluating the training, workplace learning experiences and performance of junior medical officers and promoting best practice in medical education within Community and Oral Health (COH) About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Assist COH delivering best practice medical education for pre-vocational doctors including development of innovative education models, programs and strategies Assist Clinical directors with accreditation of current and/or development of registrar roles as required Assist with performance management and/or support for junior doctors Assist Clinical directors and supervisors of prevocational doctor with assessments and mentorship of junior doctors Co-ordination and management of university stakeholders – delivery of educational activities / examinations as directed Contribute to medical education scholarship through leading or participating in educational quality management projects and/or related research and publications.
