What You'll Be Doing
* Enquiry Management: Be the professional and enthusiastic first point of contact for all sales inquiries, turning leads into relationships.
* Consultative Selling: Guide potential customers through the journey—from understanding their vision and budget to finalising their dream home design.
* Tailored Solutions: Present our diverse range of home designs, floor plans, and inclusions, customizing solutions to fit the unique Newcastle lifestyle.
* Contract Lifecycle: Prepare and present accurate sales estimates, proposals, and contracts with a high level of detail.
* Relationship Management: Build deep rapport with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations to deliver an exceptional 5-star experience.
* Hours: typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with flexibility to ensure you can manage after‐hours or weekend appointments as required to meet your customers' needs.
What You'll Bring

* Sales Prowess: Proven experience in a sales or high-level customer‐facing role is essential. You know how to negotiate, build value, and close a deal.

* Industry Interest: Previous experience in construction or real estate is highly regarded, but a passion for the new home industry and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
* Essentials: A valid Australian Driver's license.
