Butler Techsense Australia Pty Ltd is a growing technology company with offices in Auckland and Brisbane, supplying high-quality measurement and quality assurance instrumentation solutions to the Medical, Scientific, Pharmaceutical, and Food industries.
Candidates ideally will have experience in scientific instruments, quality assurance, and electronics/engineering to support our specialised instrumentation solutions across medical, scientific, pharmaceutical, and food industry applications.
We are seeking a technically capable and customer-focused professional to support our expanding customer base. This role combines hands-on technical support, customer interaction, and operational responsibilities, including warehouse and Shopify duties making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working closely with both customers and suppliers.
A minimum of 1-2 years technical experience is preferred for this position.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, although applicants with technical certificates and diplomas will be considered.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree should have studied Engineering or Science.
Technical certificates or diplomas in Scientific/Laboratory fields will be considered as alternatives to a Bachelor's degree.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Candidates must ideally have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience to effectively support our expanding customer base.
The successful candidate will provide hardware and software product support, assist with installations, deliver customer training, and contribute to documentation and warehouse operations. You will act as a technical liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently and to a high standard.
